| Biography: Eight years of fatigue and chronic pain has given Brian Bethke much insight and inspiration. In 2005 Brian was misdiagnosed with a chronic illness called fibromyalgia. Since that time Bethke has released two successful albums that landed him airplay of Radio and Internet stations through out the United States and abroad. In 2008 Brian was voted Chippewa Valley's best solo performer and was coming to terms with this illness. Later on as he finished up his 2009 summer folk tour the tables turned again. “I had just come to terms with living the rest of my life with chronic pain when I was finally correctly diagnosed with chronic Lymes which is treatable” Says Bethke. Now awakening from the fog that has been over him for so long Bethke has been back to the studio and released his new album March 26th locally and will be releasing it world wide June 1st. | ||||
| Press Release: Loss and illness are nothing new Brian Bethke 30 year old father of three. This former Electronics business owner lost his job 6 years ago due to a chronic infection and fibromyalgia which rendered him unable to no longer perform the tasks that his job required. Now 6 years later Bethke has overcome those odds. He has successfully self released two albums worldwide and will be releasing his third album "The River" June 1, 2010. Brian has captured audiences through out the world with his naked emotion that he puts in to every recording and live performance. This new albums title track "The River" can bring you to tears with the soulful lines about the one thing we all don't want to talk about the most, that thing we call death. Now faced with his mothers own loosing battle with breast cancer Bethke has stood up to take a stand in the fight against cancer. This year Brian will be taking part in fund-raisers, donating a portion of sales of this new album to the American Cancer society and raising awareness about this horrible disease. |

| Biography: Brian David has been part of the St.Paul and Minneapolis music scene for 8 years, fronting the local bands Syndicate Avenue and the alternative rock band Murge before forming his own band the Brian David Band which quickly created a signature Acoustic Stomp Rock sound backed by former drummer of Murge, The S.W. Stomp, Sean Woodward. Now the band is a full 5 peice Alternative Rock band with three new additions, including Eric Hanson on Lead Guitar, Tim Krueger on Bass and Ben Hail on Keys.
Brian has been writing since he was 15 and puts an overwhelming amount of passion in every song he writes and sings. He has written over 1000 songs and has recorded 2 Full Length Albums and 2 EP's since 2004 and just finished working on his 3rd Full Length album with the band called "There From Here" available February 6th, 2010. The band has sold thousands of downloads and has played over 150 shows in past couple of years. They were a semifinalist in the Basilica Block Party Battle of the Bands in 2007 and a finalist in the Basilica Block Party Battle of the Bands in 2009. The band has opened for National acts including Local H and Lukas Rossi(Winner of the show RockStar) as well as local greats Dazy Head Mazy, G.B Leighton, Tim Mahoney and others. The Brian David Band sound has been described as Stomp Rock with a little Pop, Blues and Funk mixed with a deep lyrical perspective, passionate delivery and driven purposeful songs with influences from The Dave Matthews Band, Matchbox Twenty, Tonic, David Gray, Johnny Cash and 311. Stomp) who brings a unique range of beats and special percussion to create a “Stompy Signature Sound” backed by the passionate lyrical baritone singing voice of Brian David, the catchy melodies of Eric Hanson on Electric Guitar, the jazz and funk groove of Tim Krueger on Bass and the the piano touches of Ben Hail on keys.
